Search Types
The following are search types that be incorporated into any client program:

Social Security Trace-this product can determine if a social security number has been used or is being used by the appropriate person. A trace can also determine if the social security number used belongs to a person reported as deceased, currently being used by other individuals or has been issued after 1991 indicating the number belongs to a minor.

Employment History Verification-our credentials experts will call or write to previous listed employers and determine the dates employed, job title, job performance, reason for leaving, rehire status, and other job related information.

Education History Verification-information is received directly from the college or educational institution. Inquiries are made concerning dates of attendance, date of graduation, type of degree, fields of study and GPA. MYB can also verify profession license.

Criminal History-all criminal records can be retrieved on a county level. Some state repositories also allow access. Federal felony and misdemeanor records can also be retrieved. State felony and misdemeanor or multiple court levels searches are the most common. The following indicators are covered in a record search: subject name, date of search, search period, type of record, applicable charges and final dispositions.

Motor Vehicle Record Search-all records obtained are user friendly and easy to read. This record is a must for any applicant who is going to use a company vehicle.

Credit History-is reviewed by obtaining credit bureau reports from a national credit bureau repository. MYB has on-line access to all major credit bureaus. The bureaus are repositories of information and all civil public records are listed regarding the applicant’s personal finances, including bankruptcy proceedings, collection accounts and civil litigation records. Previous addresses and jobs are also listed.
